Heat stress negatively affects animal health and productivity. Stress factors may have various origins: high ambient temperatures, transportation, regrouping of animals, veterinary procedures, hoof trimming, shearing (in sheep), and many others. Any type of stress should be prevented.

Characteristic features

  • Restores electrolyte balance;

  • Stabilizes rumen function and microbiota concentration;

  • Prevents acidosis;

  • Compensates for energy deficiency;

  • Maintains productivity and milk fat content under stress conditions;

  • Supports the stability of physiological processes during stress;

  • Helps maintain milk fat content and productivity;

  • Vitamin C provides cellular-level protection against stressors;

  • Minerals allow to restore electrolyte balance during heat stress, to optimize rumen pH, and to prevent acidosis;

  • A unique balance of potassium and sodium enables to save water within body cells;

  • Optimal magnesium level prevents ruminal acidosis, which help to keep optimal milk fat content;

  • Stimulates the growth of Selenomonas ruminantium in the rumen (improving feed digestibility in the forestomachs);

  • Inhibits the reproduction of coccidia;

  • Components increase cell sensitivity to insulin, improving cellular nutrition;

  • Stimulates feed intake;

  • Reduces the amount of somatic cells, increases the efficiency of insemination.

Direction for use

To exclude and reduce the effect of factors of various origins in ruminants. Start applying 2–3 days before expected stress. Use throughout the stress period, but for no less than 2–3 days. After the end of stress, continue supplementation for an additional 2–3 days. In cases of forecasted heat stress, begin 2–3 days before temperatures exceed 22–24 °C.

Dosage

Cattle: 200-300 g per head per day

Small ruminants: 20-30 g per head per day

Packaging

Packed in 20-25kg multilayer paper, plastic and other bags.

Storage

6 months shelf life, store in original manufacturer’s packaging in covered dry well-ventilated, pest-free premises, below 25°С and below 75% RH.
