The product is designed for pregnant dry cows and heifers during the dry period, starting 60 days before calving, to supply animals with macro- and trace elements, vitamins in accordance with modern recommendations for vitamin and mineral nutrition of dry cows.

Characteristic features

  • Promotes recovery of cows after the previous lactation and prepares animals for calving;
  • Has a beneficial effect on reproductive function, facilitates calving, and helps reduce the risk of postpartum diseases;
  • Eliminates common postpartum complications (retained placenta, milk fever/parturient paresis, endometritis);
  • Stabilizes rumen digestion, improves feed intake, and increases feed digestibility;
  • Contributes to improved colostrum quality and has a positive effect on calf health;
  • Improves milk quality by reducing somatic cell count and increasing fat and protein content;
  • Promotes higher milk productivity and reduces non-productive culling.

Direction for use

The lick block in a container is placed one unit at the beginning and at the end of the feed alley in each section under loose housing conditions. The daily intake for young stock ranges from 40 to 100 g per head, depending on age and the degree of mineral and vitamin deficiency in the diet. On average, 1.2–3 kg per head is required per month. One bucket (25 kg) can supply 8 to 20 head of young cattle.
